These Terms govern access to Navia's websites, AI admissions tools, application-preparation services, and related software. By using Navia, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Navia provides
Navia helps students analyze admissions fit, organize application campaigns, draft and refine application materials, track deadlines, and prepare submissions. Navia is a decision-support and productivity service. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, interviews, professor responses, or any institutional outcome.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful, and truthful information.
- Review all generated materials before use or submission.
- Comply with each university, scholarship, testing, and application platform policy.
- Do not use Navia to fabricate credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your record.
3. AI-generated content
Navia may generate suggestions, rankings, essays, emails, summaries, and probability estimates. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying content and deciding whether it is appropriate for your applications.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, or violates these Terms.
5. Payments
If paid features are offered, prices, billing periods, refunds, and renewal terms will be shown at purchase. Taxes or third-party fees may apply. Access to paid features may end if payment fails.
6. Intellectual property
Navia and its software, models, interface, research, and branding belong to Navia or its licensors. You retain rights to your submitted profile information and application materials, subject to the permissions needed for Navia to provide the service.
7. Prohibited use
You may not reverse engineer the service, scrape it at scale, attack or disrupt it, use it for unlawful discrimination, submit malicious files, or use generated content for deception or academic misconduct.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Navia disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for admissions decisions made by third parties.
